Delete your data

1. Delete your account in the app

If you can still sign in, open Settings in Resylr, then go to General Settings and tap Delete account.

• Review the warning: the app will ask you to confirm that deletion is permanent.
• Confirm the action: once confirmed, your account, listing data, and account settings are scheduled for removal.
• Deletion is permanent: after the request is confirmed, it cannot be undone.

2. Cancel your subscription first

Before deleting your account, cancel any active subscription through the same store or billing platform where you purchased it.

• App Store: cancel in your Apple subscriptions settings.
• Google Play: cancel in your Google Play subscriptions settings.
• Web billing: cancel through your Resylr billing portal if you subscribed on the web.

Deleting your account does not replace cancellation rules for App Store, Google Play, or web billing.

3. What Resylr deletes

• Account profile data: name, email, phone number, and account settings.
• Resylr listing and workflow data: listing records, drafts, tasks, and related account-level data stored by Resylr.
• Connected marketplace data stored by Resylr: connected account identifiers and synced operational data associated with your account.

4. What may remain

• Anonymous or aggregated analytics: non-personal aggregate reporting may remain.
• Legally required records: limited records may be retained if required by law, fraud prevention, or payment obligations.

5. If you cannot access your account

If you cannot sign in and still need your data deleted, contact the Resylr team through the contact form and include the phone number or email address associated with the account.
